Since it will shrink slightly after a few washings, you will want to get a size that will fit comfortably after washing. Figure one half of your suit size (rounded up to a Arba Kanfot size). So for example if you wear a size 42 suit, you will want a size 24 (one half of 42 = 21, rounded up = 22).
Please note that this chart merely follows mainstream preferences. Many suggest larger or smaller than this chart.
